Below, you’ll find all the work, field, and volunteer experiences I have participated in to prepare me to be a teacher. I have had the pleasure and privilege to work in a variety of different environments, including: four different middle and high schools, three summer camps across different age groups, and two non-profits.

Collaborated with a group of volunteers, trained mental health professionals, and other camp counselors to provide support to a group of 10-15 kids in 5th-7th grade coping with grief and loss
Planned, facilitated, and participated in various activities and events to help campers process their grief
Provided emotional support and a listening ear for campers
Managed disputes and behavioral outbursts between campers
Supervised children to maintain a safe and positive learning and processing environment
Monitored all aspects of camper’s needs and safety (physical, mental, social, emotional)
